Hoop earrings have been a jewelry favorite since the '70s, and they've stood the test of time throughout the 2000s through to the present day. In the noughties, large hoop earrings were a popular style among celebs, with trailblazers like J-Lo and Britney bringing hoops into mainstream culture. Nowadays, the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce and Kim Kardashian show how hoop earrings can be simultaneously cool and classy — the perfect accessory for every look.
No wonder they're the most popular jewelry trend from the last couple of decades, with some of the highest online engagement of any jewelry item.
