We’ve started to make changes to reduce our impact as a business and we’re making conscious decisions as we embark on our sustainability journey. We’re creating pieces from high-quality recycled materials, delivering our products in luxury recyclable packaging where possible, and only working with suppliers who adhere to high social and working standards. We pride ourselves in making luxury jewellery that’s designed to last. All our jewellery comes with a two-year guarantee so you can
feel confident when shopping with us. We want you to treasure your
pieces for years so you can wear them over and over again.
All our jewellery is made from 60% recycled stainless steel, 80%
recycled brass or over 90% recycled 925 sterling silver. We use
cubic zirconia stones which are an environmentally-friendly option.
These stones create far less CO2 emissions compared to mined
stones, and they do not contribute to deforestation or have negative impacts on our ecosystems. We also use faux pearls, which are vegan and much more ethical than pearls that are oyster-harvested and upset their natural environment.
On top of this, many of our products are custom-made to order. This
means that, as well as being totally unique to you, we are limiting
excess production and waste.
Our two-year guarantee on jewellery and watches, five-year guarantee on the Luxe Collection, and one-year guarantee on accessories means you can buy with confidence. These are not throwaway, fast fashion pieces – they’re designed to be worn everyday, and stand the test of time. So many reasons to smile when you click add to cart!
Without compromising on the luxury feel of our packaging, we’re working hard to move all elements towards more sustainable
options, and ensure that as much of our packaging as possible can
be easily recycled.
• Our packaging is 100% plastic free.
• All paper used in our packaging is FSC certified, meaning that it’s
made with materials that support responsible forestry and adheres
to strict environmental, social and economic standards.
• Our outer boxes, sleeves, envelopes and card inserts are made
from eco-friendly paper that’s 100% recyclable.
• Our necklace and watch inserts are made from velvet and plastic-
free rubber. This is the only component that can’t be added to your household recycling (just pop this part out before recycling your box). We are working towards a more sustainable option for this. Everything is sent out in recyclable card mailer envelopes or
biodegradable mailer bags.
